A properly packed IFAK could save your or someone else’s life. Therefore, any IFAK bag you select shall be carefully curated. Devastra Tactical Solutions’ IFAK Combo – Field Medical Kit has been specially designed to meet the requirements of a compact Individual First Aid Kit which carries essential life support equipment to address leading causes of potentially preventable death in any tactical environment. These critical tools enable responders to stop major bleeding, address penetrating trauma, and help prevent hypothermia when providing care at the point of wounding prior to transport to definitive care facilities. 

The IFAK Combo – Field contains essential life-saving equipment for point-of-wounding, self-aid/buddy-aid to address injuries caused by gunshots, knife cuts or blast traumas. The compact and thoughtful size allows for easy handling and can be tucked into small spaces or carried about with ease until it is required for service. The versatile IFAK Combo – Field can be worn by the operator in one of three methods, drop-down leg rig, attached to the assault vest/body armour with MOLLE-style connectors or attached directly to the duty belt.

Our original D ring design on the back can be used to give this IFAK bag attachment flexibility. Use them to attach a shoulder strap, attach the pouch in your car or truck. Our first aid pouch has a 2-way zipper with silent cord pulls and it will open all the way flat so it won’t snap shut while you are trying to access first aid supplies. MOLLE straps with strong snaps allow you to attach this medical pouch to any MOLLE compatible gear.
