UrbaDam is a compact, lightweight and self-inflating, sandless sandbags to control damage from Flash Flooding, Cloud-Bursts, Glacier-Bursts and Heavy Rainfall. It is a super absorbent and can absorb 18-20 litre water in ~ 3-5 mins. Once the water is absorbed, it is suspended in the bag and acts just like a traditional sandbag to contain, control and divert flood water. It can be deployed anywhere close to flash flooding prone areas or accidental water leak damage.
